Question:

I financed a truck two years ago...I just can't keep up the payments now that I am a single mother once again. I tried to negotiate lower payments/interest to no avail back in November. I couldn't make this month's payment and now they are threatening to garnish my wages. Would bankruptcy be my best solution?

Answer:

In order to give you advice, a Trustee needs your full situation - ie. income, total debt load and assets before any determination can be made.
