My alberta student loan went to a collection back in November. They have been trying to get payment for the last couple months but I have falled under hardships. I just out of abuvise relationship and just finally got settled into my new place. The lady I was dealing with wanted me to give her my banking information so she could take out monthly payments but I rather give them the money through a transfer from my bank. The first time I gave her my bank info and they tried to take payment and she said the information was void and I lied about my banking info. I didn't lie about my banking info since I called the bank. This lady has been really diffcult to deal with and today she said that she would be calling my payroll to get my wages garnished. She has harrassed me at work and I talked to one of my coworkers and she to send money by money order. What options do I have? Read the answer ...
